CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196(JUD) "An Act establishing a right of                                      
action for a legal separation; requiring a report about legal separations;                          
and amending Rule 42(a), Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure" was read                                  
the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                                
objected.
